A new pilot program for Home Based Care The Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia is launching a new pilot program for home based care in October. Children with profound and severe mental and physical disabilities will receive services of specialists at home to develop their psychological, social, self-care and communication skills.

First Step Georgia celebrated National Disability Day and organized event - "Friendship Through Art" at open air museum of Ethnography. The beneficiaries of First Step Georgia, their famyly members and friends participated in the event.

Friendship Through Art
First Step Georgia celebrated the Nacional Disability Day and organized event "Friendship Through Art" at open air Museum of Ethnography. The beneficiaries of First Step Georgia, their family members and friends participated in the event. The event included the activities as follows:
- Performance by the ensemble Ebani
- Exhibition of paintings by the children of the Day Care Center
- Show by illusionist David Robakidze
- Performance by the Multi-Pulti animators
- Drawing of faces and hands of the children
- Painting of the "Joint Masterpiece" the children
Children of FSG Day Care Center handed out self-cooked biscuits. Sweets and soft drinks were provided my companies such as "Barambo", "Zedazeni" and "Coca-kola".
we invited every child, teenager and adult who wished to become our friend!
the event was supported by National Museum of Gerogia, Tbilisi Open Air MUseum of Ethnography, Plitra L, Multi-Pulti, Barambo, Zedazeni and coca-kola.
Special thanks to famous Georgian singer Nino Qatamdzze and illusionist David Robakidze for supporting, love, warm words and interesting show.
